Sneak peeks and spoilers for ‘Desperate Housewives’ episode 5.22: ‘Marry Me a Little”
May 6, 2009 by Amy Bartner
Karl and Bree robbing Bree’s house? Too good to be true! You’ve got the misogynistic beast and the frigid beauty. It’s like a Disney movie…sorta. There’s more botox/boobs jobs and fewer songs sung by Angela Landsbury in this version, though.
“Speaking of which, are you nailing Orson like we discussed? We have to make sure he doesn’t suspect anything.” — Karl.
Why did I half expect Bree to jump Karl?

Neal McDonough: This season’s ending is going to be ‘killer’
March 7, 2009 by Amy Bartner
Neal McDonough, the man who plays Crazy Dave Williams, talks to TV Guide — which is cool because we don’t normally see much out of this actor in the way of interviews. And he seems like a down-to-earth, less-than-crazy, normal guy, doesn’t he?
He confirms that Edie will not only die, but that she’ll die in the NEXT EPISODE. He wouldn’t say that Dave kills Edie, or anything more details about her death, though. I’m super, super excited for the Camping Trip of Death that Crazy Dave is orchestrating.
“She’s going to have a fantastic send-off,” he says.

Desperate Housewives 5.14 ‘Mama Spent Money When She Had None’ sneak peeks and promos!
February 7, 2009 by Amy Bartner
Oh man, I have so many sneak peeks and promos about tomorrow’s episode for you guys! Check them out!
Sneak peek number one:
OK, so it’s no secret that a lot of us aren’t into the Katherine-Mike pairing, but can anyone picture Mike buying her pearls instead of paying for M.J.’s private school? I just don’t see it happening…unless he thinks his kid should go to a public school instead, and it was never about the money?
“I have been naked on this street. It would be nice to take the heat of that story.” Aw. Last time Susan was naked, it was when she accidentally locked herself out of her house and fell naked into a bush…and Mike found her. I think, through all my annoyance at Susan, that I’m hoping for a Ross-and-Rachel-type rekindling between Mike and Susan!
And sneak peek number two:
Not that there ever was a huge competition, but I’d like to reiterate my vote for funniest/most entertaining character on this show: Gaby Solis, even though she’s not in frilly clothes much anymore. (Lynette’s still next in line for deepest, most genuine character.)
Promos after the jump! Can’t wait for this episode tomorrow night (and I hope it was worth the three-week wait! I think I’m the only person in the country who was annoyed that the Super Bowl was on instead of DH…) Read more
100th episode! Desperate Housewives 5.13 ‘The Best Thing That Could Ever Have Happened’ promo and spoilers
January 17, 2009 by Amy Bartner
I’ve got a bunch of AWESOME video sneak peaks for you kids. I can’t wait for this episode. We get to have a buncha flashbacks to what made the ‘wives what they are.
First, my favorite sneak peak:
“Baby’s arm is sticking out, why don’t you high-five it?” — Tom.
Sneak peak 2:
Hey! I just realized it’s been a while since we’ve seen that much of Edie Britch. Every time I see her in a bathing suit/bra/low-cut dress (OK, so it hasn’t been that long), I think, “Man…she’s 45.”
And for the promo:
Desperate Housewives 5.12 ‘Connect! Connect!’ promo and spoilers
January 10, 2009 by Amy Bartner
Edie and Susan get locked in a basement! There’s just no way that scene can’t be fantastic from beginning to end.
Also: Bree starts fighting dirty(er) and plotting against Melina (no question on who’ll win THAT one…) and Gaby needs Carlos to help her with her kids (that’s gotta be karma from Gaby looking down on Lynette when her kids were out of control, right?)
Mike and Katharine are back this episode and apparently have the DTR (define the relationship) talk, and Dave gets closer to getting his revenge. Think those two things are related?
But the biggest thing? On Lynette’s search for Porter, she finds her mom…and gets into a car accident?? ABC could be pulling the ol’ lure-us-in-with-a-faux-accident trick, but I don’t care. I’m falling for it!

Kyle MachLachlan’s next job? Working with poop
December 29, 2008 by Amy Bartner
I stumbled across the trailer to Kyle’s new film, a Sundance movie called “Manure,” and can’t WAIT to see it.
Now I’m no lady, so the movie title alone is enough to pull the $13 outta my pocket and into the awaiting hand of the 16-year-old ticket-giver at the theater down the road.
But let’s just say, hypothetically, I wasn’t just drawn to all forms of the word “poop.” Let’s just say, hypothetically, that I needed a visual to go along with it. This 28-second trailer fulfills that need. (And I’m praying that it’s K. Mac’s foot we see squishing in the road apple.)
Here’s the gist of the movie: Guy owns a manure company in the ’60s. Guy’s name, of course, is Mr. Rose. Guy dies, so guy’s estranged daughter (Rosemary Rose, played by Tea Leoni) has to take over the business, all the while dealing with a “slick-talking fertilizer rep” played by, oh yes, K. Mac. He’s lookin’ to take over the poo plant. (source: IMDB)
This lady can’t wait.
Desperate Housewives 5.11 ‘Home is the Place’ promo
December 10, 2008 by Amy Bartner
Ugh. Bad news, guys. We’re going to have to wait until NEXT YEAR for the next episode of Desperate Housewives. <sigh>
The good news is, that’s only a few weeks away! (Doesn’t it always sounds like it’s forever away when someone says ”next year”? Sorry, just takin’ a note in being overdramatic, from the show.)
But seriously, I’m cool with this. This season’s been so ungodly good, they deserve a break, right? Plus, when the show returns on Jan. 4, we’ll see how Lynette will stand up for Porter, AKA Baby Matt Damon No. 1.
I’m guessing she doesn’t do anything more deadly than offer a stern shout to Mr. Shilling (though from her, those can be sorta deadly). She did, however, say she’ll do “anything I have to to keep my family safe,” and then kicks Baby Matt Damon out of the car. Maybe she has Edie’s gun?
Also, Susan sleeps with who? Wha….? What about Jackson?? Is it bad that I’m more excited to see this part than anything else??
And Carlos wants to help the blind. Aww, I just wanna pinch his bearded, do-gooder cheeks! He’s such a….bearded….do-gooder….with cheeks!
What are YOU most excited about?

December 5, 2008 by Julie Bonner
Sunday is just around the corner and that means another Desperate Housewives episode! 5.10 ‘A Vision’s Just a Vision’ is airing on December 7th. Here’s a very funny sneak peek where Gaby suggest it’s time for Carlos to put his eye drops in. Oh that Gaby! She’s always causing trouble.
Desperate Housewives 5.10 ‘A Vision’s Just a Vision’ Promo
December 1, 2008 by Julie Bonner
Here’s the promo for the next Desperate Housewives episode, 5.10 ‘A Vision’s Just A Vision’. It looks like an episode full of funny moments as well as interesting ones. I love the part in the clip when MJ drops the bowling ball on Katherine’s toe.
What do you think about Katherine and Mike dating? It seems weird to me. Buy I am biased against Mike and Susan getting back together. I just can’t help it.
