Hamburger helper, minus the dairy and preservatives
Ingredients:
1 .5kgm package of ground beef or 1 pack yves veggie ground round
3/4 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic
2 cups beef broth
pasta for four
seasoning salt - to taste
oregano - to taste
pepper - to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch

put water on to boil for pasta & add pasta when water is at a rolling boil
meanwhile
in a large sauce pan brown ground beef.
add onion, garlic, seasoning salt, oregano, pepper.
cook a couple of minutes to mix flavors. add beef broth and corn starch simmer

until sauce has thickened
When ground beef sauce done pour over pasta.
Serve with fresh bread and steamed vegetable of your choice
Total time 20-25 minutes, serves 4
