In an article from Variety talking about co-executive producer Kevin Murphy extending his deal to remain with ABC’s Desperate Housewives, Murphy reveals what we can expect in season three of the hit show.He mentioned that early episodes will deal with the emerging relationship between Bree (Marcia Cross) and Orson (Kyle MacLachlan), which Murphy calls “dark and exciting.” The writers are also adding a new love interest for Susan (Teri Hatcher), and turning the story between mutual adulterers Gabrielle (Eva Longoria) and Carlos (Ricardo Chavira) into a “War of the Roses”-style plot, he said.Murphy said the early episodes will also include a wedding and a “big twist” in episode 7.
