Eva Longoria Works at Hometown Burger Joint
It’s barely been a couple of weeks since the season finale of Desperate Housewives and Eva Longoria is already back at work…at a burger joint?
Evam surprised and shocked customers at the Corpus Christi, Texas Wendy’s where she worked for three years (1991 - 1994) by getting behind the counter and serving. She was helping to promote Father’s Day Frosty Weekend. The event donates 50 cents to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and Wendy’s Wonderful Kids for every frosty sold.
One customer said, “It was quite surreal to see a Hollywood star behind the counter but she was really friendly and fitted right in.”
I think this is great that she went back to her roots to help a great cause! Who knew that Eva Longoria worked at Wendy’s for 3 years!? I sure didn’t. Afterwards Eva happily posed for photographs.
