New hunk on Wisteria Lane
This new hunk on Desperate Housewives is truly sexy, but I’m still going to miss Mike and Susan’s on screen romance :( *sigh*
Desperate Housewives’ Susan (Teri Hatcher) won’t weep over Mike (James Denton) for long. Wisteria Lane’s resident klutz will get a new beau, Dr. Ron Berman (Jay Harrington). The cute couple meet in the ER when he’s treating her latest bump on the head and “there are sparks,” says Harrington. “He’s charmed by her and it unfolds from there.” Ron’s supposed to be like a younger, male version of Susan — he’s “very nervous about the characters’ first kiss.” Although Harrington expects that some fans will see Dr. Berman as an interloper, his mother — a Desperate Housewives devotee — isn’t one of them. “She would say, ‘Mike the plumber and Susan are no good together. We need to get you on that show.’” Looks like Mother knows best: Harrington is slated to appear in at least six episodes.
In episode “We’re Gonna Be All Right” airing on January 15 will have “Susan flirting with the handsome doctor, but accidentally knees him in the crotch. One housewife ends up at the police station. And another housewife discovers that nude photos of her are about to be posted on a website.” Crotch kneeing! Nice! Jay Harrington, 34, had roles on Summerland, Coupling and The Inside and guest starred on Star Trek: Voyager, The Shield and Las Vegas. from Just Jared
