Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton Call off Engagement!

Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have officially called off their engagement. Nicollette’s rep confirmed this to People saying, “Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have amicably ended their engagement. They appreciate your respect for their privacy in this matter.”
The couple have been on and off again since 1993. In October 1995, Nicollette called off her engagement to Swedish actor Niklas Soderblom. I hate it that she is so unlucky in love it seems. Even her character Edie Britt on Desperate Housewives can’t seem to find the right one. Maybe, just maybe, her new love interest played by Neal McDonough will be it. Oh right, it’s television. Romances don’t last on there either.
I wish Nicollette all the best and hope that the paparazzi, friends and family will respect the privacy she has asked for. At least she has the new season of DH to keep her mind off of things!
I was so sad to hear about this, even though I knew for a while it was coming.
I saw it coming and am sad too. I hadn’t seen them out together much.
