Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton On Entertainment Tonight
Check out an interview on ET of a beaming Nicollette Sheridan who plays Edie Britt on Desperate Housewives and singer Michael Bolton. They really seem smitten with each other:
It is an affair of the heart for NICOLLETTE SHERIDAN and MICHAEL BOLTON, who were a couple in the ’90s and are back together again.
"It has been a duet for a long time," Nicollette tells MARY HART in an exclusive interview with the couple at Capitol Records.
And Michael adds, "We stayed in touch through the years."
At last Sunday’s SAG Awards the reunited lovebirds strolled the red carpet together, and at that time the "Desperate Housewives" star told ET, "We finally came to our senses."
The happy reunion has been an inspiration for Michael, who has Nicollette as the muse for his upcoming album, Bolton Swings Sinatra.
"It’s big band, orchestra, it’s amazing," explains Michael, who admits he never had the pleasure of meeting FRANK SINATRA. "The body of work, of course, that Sinatra has given us, his respect for writers and arrangers is something that is extraordinary to me."
And, of course, Nicollette grew up listening to Ol’ Blue Eyes.
"TELLY SAVALAS [Nicollette’s stepfather] used to listen to Sinatra when I was six years old, and my Grampers and I actually grew up in Sinatra’s house," she says. "We bought the house that he owned for many years."
So will the couple get married the second time around?
"It is not a necessity," Nicollette responds. "We are very lucky to have a second chance at this. It is much sweeter."
