Mason has also appeared in 1 episode of “E.R”, and as Futuristic Boy in “A Dennis the Menace Christmas”. He is also the brother of Maxwell Perry Cotton who has appeared in Brothers and Sisters and “A Dennis the Menace Christmas. You can see the Cotton Boys YouTube channel.
