Sister Mary Bernard News
On lastSunday’s episode of Desperate Housewives we see the feud between Gabrielle (Eva Longoria)and the not hot nun Sister Mary Bernard (Melinda PageHamilton) continue. I really do like this plot line, but it’s a bitpredictable.First Carlos (Ricardo Chavira) is hanging around the Church to help raise money for the people of Botswana. Then at a meeting about the Botswana relief trip Gabrielle learns that Sister Mary usually goes on the trip but there wasn’t enough funding. Gabrielle thinks of this as a way to get rid of the conniving nun and donates $8000 on the spot.
Then, of COURSE Sister Mary retaliates by inviting Carlos to go with her. (Carlos is such an ass for agreeing to go without talking it over with his wife. If my husband made 2 month plans without even asking my opinion he would be kicked to the curb faster than I could say camel toe!)
The next move by Gabrielle made me a little nervous I must admit when she purposefully left out Carlos’ egg allergy from his medical forms so that he would have a really bad allergic reaction. I was thinking he’d fall into a coma or something and make Gaby feel pretty stupid.
Luckily it didn’t happen and it successfully made Carlos too sick to go with the evil nun to Botswana. What Gabrielle didn’t count on was that in Carlos’ feverish state he would call out Sister Mary’s name! Does this mean that Carlos and the nun actually have been intimate or is Carlos just falling for her?
Maybe she’s really only replacing his mother for him in his mind though because it wasn’t like he was moaning sexually, he just appreciated the comfort. I’m probably totally off though.
I wonder what will happen next in the big ugly nun (a ‘good’ person?) vs. sexy and shallow Gabrielle.

i thought that his moan was sexual, the tone of his pine connated some sort of intimacy with Sister Mary that would make anyone nervous. Gaby wants to work out her marriage and has to deal with this Maisy Gibbons of a nun, who wants to take Carlos away from her. So, there was the allergic reaction to egg, good save Gaby!!! I have a feeling that more than one secret will be refveled about Carlos’s prison sentence and who Sister Mary really is.
