…say whaaat?

Dana Delaney talked to E! Online’s Marc Malkin about Nicollette Sheridan leaving the show, and Edie’s potential death. She said she knew what was going to happen, but obviously couldn’t tell him.

“You know, things change very quickly on the show,” she said. “People dead doesn’t mean dead on television.”

And she wouldn’t say anything else! What does that even mean?? I’m wondering if it’s something along the lines of Edie leaving Wisteria Lane and THEN dying?

I can’t believe how successful the Desperate Housewives writers/publicity makers have been going into sweeps!

Wait, yes I can.

This is a great video clip which gives some information about season 5 of Desperate Housewives. It also gives us a peek at a season 5 promo picture.

As you will notice, Edie Britt is in the promo picture but Katherine Mayfair is not. What do you think about that? I wish they would have added Dana Delaney’s character into the picture. I think she deserves it and her story line is so much a part of the show. I can’t imagine DH without her!

ABC.com gives us a sneak peek at some red carpet interviews with some of the cast of Desperate Housewives. Nicollette Sheridan, Felicity Huffman and Dana Delaney give us a slight glimpse of what is to come in season 5 on the always dramatic Wisteria Lane.

Dana Delaney sheds her Desperate Housewives glamorous look for a no-makeup look in the comedy Route 30. She plays Amish Martha. Yep, just a little different than her DH role.

There is no official word on when this movie will be released. I love seeing actors in completely different roles than we are used to. Will you go see this because Dana Delaney is in it?

Dana Delaney recently attended the Monte-Carlo Television Festival and thanks to Lisa Fennigan, we have some Wisteria Lane news!

The first thing I learned from the article, was that Dana Delaney turned down the role of Bree four years ago. Why didn’t I know that?! Since turning down the role, she has been desperate to make it to Wisteria Lane. I don’t blame her! I would have kicked myself for turning down the role of Bree.

Dana managed to let her character Katherine shine through for a moment at the awards ceremony. She said, “the other girls of Wisteria Lane all wanted to be here for this, but being the newest bitch on the block I told them it was next week.” I love it! That is SO Katherine.

OK! Magazine caught up with Dana Delaney after she was leaving a taping of Dancing with the Stars. She gave them the scoop on Desperate Housewives season finale!

She tells them that in the season finale all of Katherine Mayfair’s secrets are revealed and that there is a big twist at the end. And as always, Desperate Housewives is not short on the drama.

“There will be several characters not returning. There’s a big death in the episode, so it’s very dramatic, ” she says.

Several characters? I imagine the Scavo boys are included in that.

She also dished on what her and the other DH ladies do for fun on their time off.

“Marcia [Cross] and I live near each other, so we see each other more than anybody else,” Dana told OK!, “We all are big charades game players—Felicity [Huffman] is killer at charades. Eva [Longoria] is usually jet setting around the world—it’s hard to pin her down.”

Charades? Remember the episode where they all played charades together? That is one of my all time favorite scenes! Who knew they really liked to do that for fun.
